Problem in start.html

Hallo, I'm from Italy, and speak very little German, so I write in English (sorry...).
I'm WSWIN registered user, but I have an old version (2.93.19).
The software run perfectly, until now I used it only to download weather data from the station on my pc.
Now I want to upload the data in a interet page, but I have a problem wuth start.html generated by the software: when I generate it, in the lefr side (frame) of the html-page is no data-menu, only an empty frame. The others frames are ok (tab and graph). Javascript are already activated on teh browser.
Anyone know which are my error?
