I have observed the apparition of new problems after having installed version 2.91.7 :

Wind distribution data : in the wind distribution graph, tables and noaa reports, the percentage of calm wind is always 0 (0.0% Calm)

Longterm values: after recalculation of weather data, the %LT_IceDayDuration% is always "--" and the corresponding start and end time are wrong (1.1.1980)

I think you'll have to wait, until there is one day with temperature above zero degrees.
Then do the following:
- "Internet - update graphics/tables"
- set a hook at "dryness/Ice days time" and "year file"
and then choose the whole year for actualisation
Then it will work again
