How could I switch of all the alarms from my weather station ELV WS980Wifi because I don't need them

I don't know the station, but I suspect in the alarm menu or if there is PC software, navigate to the alarm settings section (see user manual)
from the user manual:
ALARM - Anzeige von Grenzwertalarmen; Aktivieren/Deaktivieren der Alarmausgabe, Gemeinsam für 5 s mit ▼ : WLAN-Verbindungsaufbau
ALARM - Displays limit alarms; enables/disables alarm output. Press and hold for 5 seconds with ▼ to establish a Wi-Fi connection.
Bedienung
In das Einstellmenü gelangen Sie durch Drücken der Taste ALARM.
Durch wiederholtes Drücken der Taste wechseln Sie zwischen den
Einstellungen der Höchst- und Minimalwerte.
Mit den Tasten ◄ und ► wählen Sie den Menüpunkt an.
Mit den Pfeiltasten ▼ und ▲ändern Sie die Einstellungen. Durch
längeres Drücken dieser Tasten erfolgt das Durchzählen schneller.
Durch Drücken der Taste SET nach der Einstellung aktivieren
Sie den Alarm, im Anzeigefeld mit der Mondphase erscheint ein
Glockensymbol.
Mit der HISTORY-Taste verlassen Sie das Einstellmenü. Alternativ
warten Sie 30 s ohne Bedienung.

Operation
You can access the settings menu by pressing the ALARM button.By repeatedly pressing the button, you can toggle between the maximum and minimum value settings.Use the ◄ and ► buttons to select the menu item.Change the settings with the arrow keys ▼ and ▲. Holding these keys down will speed up the cycling through options.Pressing the SET button after making a setting activates the alarm, and a bell symbol will appear in the display area with the moon phase.You can exit the settings menu by pressing the HISTORY button. Alternatively, you can wait 30 seconds without any action.
